Terms of Service

1. Use of the App

• The App translates documents from a source file column and uploads the translated file to a target column on your monday.com board.

• A valid monday.com account is required.

• You’re responsible for actions taken under your account and for complying with these Terms and your monday.com agreements.

2. OAuth Scopes & Data Access

• The App requests only the scopes needed to read files and write translated results back (e.g., boards:read, boards:write, and related file permissions as required by monday.com).

• We use identifiers (userId, accountId) and tokens solely to authenticate and perform your configured workflows.

• We do not persist document contents; files are processed in memory and returned to monday.com.

3. Third‑Party Services

• The App uses DeepL’s translation service to process documents. By using the App, you also agree to comply with DeepL’s terms:

• Your use of monday.com remains governed by monday.com’s agreements and policies.

4. Privacy

• Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If there is a conflict, these Terms control to the extent of the conflict for contractual matters.

5. Intellectual Property

• We (or our licensors) retain all rights to the App, including code, branding, and documentation.

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as expressly allowed by law.

6. Availability & Support

• We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uptime, performance, or specific features.

• Support is provided via email and best‑effort response times.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, overload services, or attempt unauthorized access.

• You are responsible for the legality of content you submit for translation.

8. Fees

• Any fees for using the App (if applicable) will be disclosed separately. You’re responsible for any charges from monday.com or DeepL arising from your usage and agreements with those services.

9. Termination

• You may uninstall the App at any time from your monday.com account.

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or to comply with legal requirements.

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

11. Changes to the App and Terms

• We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
