These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our geocoding application (“the App”) that integrates with monday.com. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

  • The App enables you to convert between addresses and geographic coordinates directly within monday.com boards.
  • You must have an active monday.com account to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that all activities conducted through your account comply with these Terms.

2. OAuth Scopes & Data Access

  • The App requires the following OAuth scopes: boards:read and boards:write.
  • These scopes are strictly used to read location data from your monday.com boards and write geocoding results back to them.
  • The App does not store, retain, or share any personal or identifiable information.

3. Third-Party Services

  • The App uses Mapbox’s Geocoding API to process location data.
  • By using the App, you also agree to comply with Mapbox’s Terms of Service: https://www.mapbox.com/legal/tos

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property related to the App, including source code, branding, and design, is owned by Otomo Solutions.
  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Availability & Support

  • We strive to keep the App operational at all times but make no guarantees regarding uptime or feature availability.
  • Support is provided via email at support@otomosolutions.com, and we will do our best to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Termination

  • You may uninstall the App at any time through your monday.com account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or abusive manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
  • In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted publicly and will take effect immediately upon publication.
