1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JSON Export (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a monday.com integration that exports monday.com board and item data into JSON format.By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

JSON Export allows users to export monday.com board and item data into structured JSON files. Depending on how the App is configured, the Service may:

  • read selected monday.com board, item, group, column, subitem, and update data
  • generate a JSON export based on that data
  • create an item in a designated exports board
  • upload the JSON file to a selected file column in monday.com
  • optionally send the exported JSON payload to a webhook URL configured by the user

3. Eligibility and Authority

You represent and warrant that:

  • you are authorized to install and use the App on behalf of yourself or your organization
  • you have the authority to grant the App access to the monday.com data needed to perform the configured actions
  • your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and monday.com platform requirements

4. Account and App Authorization

Use of the App requires a valid monday.com account and proper authorization through monday.com. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of your monday.com account
  • managing the automations and configurations created using the App
  • ensuring that destination boards, file columns, and webhook endpoints are configured correctly

We are not responsible for actions taken using your monday.com environment by authorized users in your organization.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful business or internal operational purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the App to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • use the App to export or transmit data without proper authorization
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair monday.com, our infrastructure, or third-party services

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data. By using the App, you authorize us to process the monday.com data necessary to provide the Service.This may include board data, item data, column values, subitems, and updates, depending on the actions you configure. If you provide a webhook URL, you instruct the App to transmit exported JSON data to that endpoint.You are solely responsible for:

  • the legality of the data you export
  • ensuring that you have the right to process and transmit that data
  • the security, reliability, and privacy practices of any webhook endpoint you configure

7. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that data may be processed as described in that policy.You should publish the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The App operates with monday.com and may also interact with third-party systems designated by you, such as webhook endpoints.We are not responsible for:

  • the availability, security, or performance of monday.com
  • the availability, content, or practices of any third-party systems you connect to the App
  • data loss, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms or endpoints outside our control

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its functionality at any time, with or without notice, including to:

  • improve functionality
  • maintain security and reliability
  • comply with legal or platform requirements
  • fix bugs or operational issues

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

10. Fees and Billing

Unless otherwise stated, the App is provided under the pricing terms presented through monday.com Marketplace or any separate written agreement between you and us.If paid features, subscriptions, or billing terms apply, those terms will govern your use of the relevant paid services.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that:

  • exports will always be complete, accurate, or available
  • exported data will meet your exact requirements
  • webhook deliveries will always succeed
  • monday.com or third-party services will remain available or compatible

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App.Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for use of the App during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.If the App is provided free of charge, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Company Name], its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • your use of the App
  • your data
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party right
  • any webhook or third-party endpoint you configure

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk
  • required by law, platform policy, or a third-party provider
  • monday.com access or authorization is revoked

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from monday.com and disabling related automations.

15. Data Deletion and Uninstall

If you uninstall the App or revoke its authorization in monday.com, the App will no longer be able to access your monday.com data for future actions.Uninstalling the App does not automatically remove files or items previously created in your monday.com account. You remain responsible for managing data stored in your monday.com boards and any third-party systems you configured.

16. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by otomosolutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
